If you receive the incorrect yarn or it is faulty, please contact us asap using the Contact Us link below.

Items can also be returned even if there is no fault with the product.

You have 14 days from when you receive your order to notify us that you will be returning the product. 

Yarn must be returned in its original condition to qualify for a refund. 

Customer pays for the return tracked postage, with proof of posting and is liable for any damage or loss.
